Term Limits for Congressional Seats

Since Congress has not passed a budget in five years, we the People want term limits. Let the Congressional seats be treated as Jury Duty for a term limit of 2 years. This will allow the Government to be truly run by the people, for the people and of the people. Instead of the current Congress who instead of doing their jobs are willing to destroy the economy because they have not gotten over the fact that most of the America people prefer a President who is trying to work for all the people instead of those who have the most money.
