Term Limits for the House and Senate

We the people of the United States in order to have a more perfect union propose to put forth a bill to set term limits for members of the United States Congress and the Senate. Congressional term limits should be set at 4 consecutive terms with re-eligibility after 4 years (2 terms). Senate term limits should be set at 2 consecutive terms with re-eligibility after 6 years (1 term).
