The American people as a whole deserve to have the number of terms that any elected senator or representative may serve limited to no more than two. If successfully adopted, this policy will have the effect of minimizing corporations and lobbyists ability to invest in a single or group of representatives. This will be a direct result of the representatives lack of value to said parties.
