Create term limits for senators and house representatives. This is necessary so that our representatives do not stay in office for muliple years and empire build but serve the people for a specific amount of time and then leave office and get jobs. Their job during their years of service should be to serve the people. They should be provided a salary and health care while in office but when they leave service those benefits end. This will end welfare for career politicians.
