On March 8, 1933 the Governors of all 48 states and other territories asked the federal government to take unconstitutional powers and extra-constitutionally control certain parts of the economy and conservation. The Bank Holiday of 1933 declared a national emergency and has allowed thousands of unconstitutional laws including an illegal monetary system (article 1 section 10), the Supreme Court to unconstitutionally determine case law and ignore its constitutional mandate (article 3) and has created numerous federal police powers. The national emergency was meant to be temporary and anything continued from 1933 can hardly be thought temporary. Mr. President, the people demand you terminate ALL existing declared states of emergency, and all laws and agencies created through them.
