We the People of the United States of America are tired of the Senate and House of Representatives living in separate world from the citizens. We hereby demand that all tangible compensation be terminated. Reinstatement of, or raises in, compensation should be voted on by their home state. Member's home states will establish base pay that all members will start at and hold special elections to raise their pay as warranted for individuals. Members attempting to sneak a pay raise into any bills will be subject to forfeiture of any pay and possible fines depending on the laws of his home state. They are there to work for us so it is only fitting that WE decide what they will be paid. Also both Senate and House members will be subject to ALL laws applicable to the average citizen.
