FBI Director James B. Comey blamed the rise of violent crime on closer scrutiny by civilians of the police.
Police are usually not present for a preplanned or sudden violent outburst. This shows Mr. Comey's agenda contradicting the Department of Justice's goal to increase accountability and improve community relations with law enforcement.
He has shown a bias and incompetence of increasing community relations and asking that domestic law enforcement agents follow policy and local laws without bias.
