terminate federal officials, representatives, spokespersons or contractors who publicly derogate U.S. citizens

To terminate forthwith and speedily, without unduly prolonged process, from federal executive, legislative or judicial office and term, any elected or appointed official, representative, spokesperson or contractor who, in that capacity publicly in person or in media, speaks in an inappropriate and offensive derogatory or demeaning manner of any segment, political affiliation, socioeconomic strata, race, creed or color of any U.S. citizen.
