House Speaker Boehner has failed to demonstrate faithful service to the American people. Instead, he is following a Republican party line that attacks our government and seeks to deceive the American people. He also refuses to consider the interests of 98% of Americans who deserve and need lower taxes while protecting instead the interests of the top 2% wealthy income earners who do not deserve or need such tax advantages.
The White House and President Obama should immediately cease fiscal cliff negotiations with the Speaker of the House because he is ineffective in seeing to the needs of the great majority of Americans.
