Terminate the Keystone XL pipeline which has been shown via all relevant studies to be expected to increase gas prices.

TransCanada, a foreign corporation, has abused eminent domain to force landowners in states like Texas to surrender property for the Keystone XL pipeline. A pipeline that will not be true "common carrier" has repeatedly been shown favoritism by state and federal officials and judges. TransCanada has proven themselves repeatedly unable to protect the environment with devastating spills like the Kalmazoo River spill that did tremendous damage to both land and many residents' health. Studies have shown the Keystone will actually make gas prices higer and a primary purpose for the pipeline is to give Canadian oil an export path to the Gulf. Time to end this shameful corporate pandering and largesse.
