Two women were out in a delivery vehicle when 30-40 rounds of gunfire entered their vehicle.
They were mistaken for Christopher Dorner and killed without any hesitation.
They are on PAID suspension.
Without procedure, or any other qualification, killed two INNOCENT citizens.
