We the God fearing men and women of the Coal producing states of this Union being that of sound mind, and in response to District Court Judge Reggie Walton finding the EPA has violated both the authority it possesses of the Clean Water Act & Surface Mining Act call for the immediate Termination and/or Resignation of Lisa P. Jackson in her role of EPA director, and also that all permits that have been stalled by her irresponsible administration be allowed to go forth without prejudice.
