We The People demand that the Obama administration cease and discontinue any planned exercises named Jade Helm that allows our civilian property to be utilized by the U.S Military for the purpose of "Military Exercises" due to the fact it violates Passe Comitatus. That expressly forbids the military from interfering with the daily life and running of American local governments to include Law Enforcement, and personal liberties.
