Mitch McConnell, Republican Senator from Kentucky, is a threat to the constitutional process. His behavior, along with his fellow Senate allies, to the opposition of Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland, is a disgrace, refusing to even hold hearings on his nomination. McConnell states that "the American people should have a say so" in the matter. But the American people spoke by electing Pres. Barack Obama, upon whom the Constitution bestows full authority to nominate a candidate to fill a Supreme Court vacancy. McConnell is an obstructionist of the highest sort, an establishment anti-bi-partisan puppet. His behavior as Senate Majority leader is a disgrace. Enough is enough. We the people see and hear the truth. Therefore, his removal from office is what we ask.
