Terminate the Transportation Security Administration. For their flagrant violation of the 4th Amendment.

Created by C.W. on January 24, 2012

The Transportation Security Administration has violated the 4th Amendment. They have repeatedly violated basic human liberties. By their extremely intrusive searches, and their invasive screening technology. The 4th Amendment states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." There have been no warrants issued, no legitimate probable cause existing, and they have unreasonably searched people to the point of humiliation for said persons.
