Termination of Jason Furman for being disingenuous or totally incompetent in his assessment of the FairTax.

Created by L.W. on November 01, 2011

To have Mr. Jason Furman terminated for being untruthful and or incompetent in his assessment of the FairTax petition and HR-25.
In spite of Mr. Furman's conclusion, the FairTax was not assessed "as written" by the Bush commission. The premise was changed then calculations done. The conclusions were not what they would have been if HR-25 and the numerous papers written by the leading economists were evaluated objectively.
Among other misinformation, HR-25 actually lowers the lifetime tax liability of all presently in the income tax system. It does not increase the burden on the middle class. It provides more disposable income for all income demographics with the lowest having the largest improvement.
A person who would misinform the public on such an important issue is unfit for duty.
