Due to her unethical behavior in criticizing a major presidential candidate Ms. Ginsburg has shown she is no longer qualified to hold a position as Supreme Court Justice. I cite Code of Conduct for United States Judges; Canon 5. Specifically Section A - 2: A judge should not make speeches for a political organization or candidate, or publicly endorse or oppose a candidate for public office.
She should therefore be asked to retire or be removed by Congress under Article III Section I of the US Constitution.
