Hundreds of innocent people regardless of color are being abused, shot and/or killed each year all too often by the very people that are assigned to protect and serve our communities, the only punishment given... paid administrative leave. In other words, a stay at home vacation for making a life-threatening mistake. WE must change this in order to prevent a safety net for officers that use excessive and/or deadly force.
