Termination at Will for employee's in the State of New Jersey I believe is unfair law because it gives no voice to the people who are working on jobs. I had a terrible experience with a non-profit organization who gave me no opportunity to express what happen to me in the workplace. This law should give the employee a chance to speak what is happening in the workplace. Many companies are just firing people over issues that are unfair practices to employees in the State of New Jersey.
