Terrorism On our home soil.

I propose that we the people declare gangs in the United States terrorists and treat them as such. Neighborhoods, cities and schools are held in terror over the violence these people bring on to the community. There is no doubt that their source of power is the terror they freely prescribe to those that live in their so called territories. Once it is made a terrorist act being in a gang the popularity will drop and we will be dealing with smaller numbers and for the die hards let the real pros handle them as we are doing overseas. Local police just cant compete with the arsenals these gangs have aquired but the military can take back our communities so people dont have to live in fear anymore.
