test for the presence of radioactive isotopes falling out from Fukushima in our food chain and environment.

Created by D.R. on September 03, 2013

In light of the devastating and escalating scale of the Fukushima nuclear disaster, we the people petition the United States government to monitor air, soil, rain, dairy products, agricultural produce and Pacific-caught seafood for the presence, concentrations and types of dangerous radioactive isotopes that may be falling out on or accumulating in U.S. environments, owing to atmospheric and oceanic circulation.

Assure us that precautionary discretion is observed by our National Council of Radiological Protection & Measurements (NCRP) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as they initiate efforts to collect and publicly disclose data pertaining to this global disaster’s domestic consequences.

Disavow the EPA's morally remiss April 2013-issued PAGs and uphold a humane safety rubric.
