Senate / Congress Qualifications / Yearly Certifications
1. Senators and Representatives be tested prior to election, on the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This will consist of a 300 question multiple choice / essay exam. All test scores and essays will be made public before elections.
2. Sen. & Rep. will require recertification & complete yearly testing to KEEP appointed office.
3. Sen. and Rep., required to provide 8 hrs month of Public Service / Constitution and Bill of Rights lessons & classes at high school seminars. Educating why The Constitution and Bill of Rights are so important to Americans.
4.This new law is about keeping our representatives accountable to their oaths to support The Constitution and Bill of Rights.
We The People need to ask more of our leaders.
