Texans should be allowed to vote on if Syrian refugees can be allowed in Texas.

In response to the Syrian refugee crisis, Governor Greg Abbot has made the decision on behalf of the state to refuse any refugees to immigrate to Texas. Abbot uses fear and misery to justify taking away our democratic responsibility to collectively decide what our state should do.
