I petition how Texas Bexar county child support agency neglect to perform their duty required by law, under the 74 the leg CH 20 & the Texas Family code title 5 parent child relationship affecting parent child relationship under this policy requirements the OAG use their political influence neglect child support policies by issuing income withholding without court orders , trap uneducated people into paying child support when the records show you are not behind on child support, and refuse to reimburse for the payments in excess , in my case they calculated child support & interest for ten years while my son was incarcerated , the court conspired with the OAG by dismissing my claims with merits
