The state of Texas is forcibly removed from America. All federal government expenditures and aid will cease to be rendered onto Texas. America will not protect or defend Texas. The federal government will give up all responsibilities and obligations to Texas and its citizens. Any Texan can choose to leave Texas before this goes into effect in 2014. All defense and federal law enforcement employees would withdrawal immediately when this petition goes into effect in 2014. Texas would then have its borders closed to America and we would consider them an independent nation. If Texas does not comply with removal from America, we would send in the Army and force them to comply.
