Textbook Initiative in Colleges and University

Created by M.O. on January 13, 2014

With the rising cost of tuition and textbooks throughout colleges and universities, schools should have a greater obligation in meeting the financial needs of its students.

I propose that every college and university should be required to hold at least one copy of every textbook that it requires it student to purchase for their classes.

With many textbooks over $150, and average student loan debt of over $29,000, having the ability to use the library resources for all class assignments would be a small step in reducing the cost of education in America.

Please join me in my fight!
