Invasive pythons are taking over the Everglades and decimating native mammals, reptiles, and the ecosystem in general. I believe that the pythons will not stop at the everglades and that they will start to invade parks and more public areas with young kids, handicapped and the elderly. With more temperate winters, it is likely that invasive snakes will not stop in South Florida and spread north to other public areas and possibly other states if we do not stop them here.
