To address the serious issue of theft of votes by voting machine malware and tampering.

We the undersigned are concerned about numerous reports of discrepancies involving voting machines in (at least) the following States:
Alabama, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

There is a pattern here; a pattern of denying citizens their lawful right to vote for a candidate of their choice.
