Over 3 million Americans are abused on a daily basis because autism is mistaken for something else or people are just unaware of what it is. Autistics are tazed, beat, shot, arrested, ect because law enforcement is has little or no knowledge of autism. Doctors diagnosis as retarded. People do not know they run they have unusual behaviors and it's normal for them. Public servants have no clue to the depth of autism, the communication difficulties, the sensory disorder the difficulties with being touched or being given commands. An autistic is not going to put their hands up or lay down on t he ground or stop laughing or stop moving hands or answer questions it's a huge concern and very frightning to the autistics loved ones who live everyday with them
