Freedom is one of our core values as U.S Citizen. Gabon is a peaceful country of Africa which is currently ruled by a dictator. In Gabon, there is no freedom of speech. Citizen opposing the corrupt government are systematically jailed or tracked down. Lately, a Gabonese born U.S citizen called Landry Ami Washington was incarcerated in Gabon for no apparent reason. Landry has been one of the few Gabonese who have voiced their discontent with the Gabonese Government and Ali Bongo Ondimba the current head of state. Landry Washington was arrested upon landing from his flight. His whereabouts are unknown. At the moment, many other Gabonese freedom fighters are detained or on the run. Ali Bongo Ondimba is attempting to kill democracy in Gabon and his rogue actions must be sanctionned.
