Firearm Rule Changes
1. Require national license with no history of instability or crime in immediate family to own and buy firearms and ammunition
2. Register every weapon and require all purchases of ammo to match caliber of registered firearm
3. Ban automatic, modified, assault weapons, and clips of over 10 rounds
4. Add 60¢ tax per round bought for buy back of unregistered weapons and no bulk or online or mail-away purchases. 10¢ goes to database maintaining.
5. Allow 12 months to get licensed or legally dispose of firearms
6. 10 year No-Parole for weapon violation on top of any possible crime.
7. Any violation of sales of weapons/ammo brings immediate revocation of license to sell.

This isn't perfect, but will begin to stop the horrific death tolls from firearms in the USA.
