Women should have equal pay. All across the country, women are being payed less than men who have the same jobs. Women are only payed 79 cents to every dollar that men are payed, and African American women are payed even less. This affects many women's ability to take care of themselves and their family. The pay gap between men and women should have been closed a long time ago, so now is the time to close the gap and get women the same pay as men.
