WE petition this Administration to cease any, and all foreign financial aid until such time the economy of the United States has returned to its previous position as was during the Clinton years. WE MUST take care of ALL U.S. citizens, making sure all are working, have shelter, and food to nourish. Education MUST return to teaching rather than simply testing. Cease foreign aid to any country which is non friendly, by their own actions and ignorance. By ending this terrible cash giveaway, OUR tax dollars will remain with us!
