We protest SCA5 because we believe it is against the constitutional spirit. Going to the best college should be a privilege to those best qualified students regardless of their race, not a human right for everyone. Same as being selected into Olympic team. Everyone has right to play sport and to be trained for, but that dose not mean you have right to join national Olympic team that only takes those best athletes of the nation, again, regardless of their race.
SCA5 will seriously hurt the competitive ability, education and economy
