We the People implore you, Mr. President, to significantly reduce the amount of Money & Power the US Intelligence Community (NSA, CIA, FBI, et al) currently wields against every US Citizen. By downsizing the Intelligence Dept's and revoking the "Patriot Act."
We the People demand consolidation of the Intelligence Community, into two separate entities; one for within the US and one conducting themselves abroad. Our "home team" must adhere STRICTLY to our Constitutional Rights and have as much public visibility as possible; while the other tends to American interests abroad in a surgical fashion and HAS NO JURISDICTION WITHIN THE US.
These two organizations will then be held accountable for each and every action they commit against a Citizen of the United States, at home or abroad.
