thoroughly test the judicial system w/ false defendants to test the accuracy of jury trials.no more innocents in prison

I would like a federal grant to support the thought experiment surrounding this petition. The purpose is to show that the judicial system is convicting more innocents than is recognized and each innocent convicted wrongly leads to a wide array of repercussions that can easily be avoided by doing a thorough test of all aspects of the judicial system and doing a complete reform to accommodate the findings of the research done by non biased parties. This system has many, many, many, men and women locked away that do not deserve it. This is unacceptable and has a huge adverse effect on society, creating poverty and resistance. It has a rippling effect all throughout society and it's effects are immeasurable. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.
