With a mounting fiscal deficit upon our country we must come up with creative solutions to pay down the deficit. Being a descendant of William Penn & a Libertarian I feel I have come up with a partial solution to the economy & the deficit. Many here without papers live in the shadows. They hoard there cash in fear of deportation. In the Libertarian spirit these people have a right to be here. God did not create borders for the animals, nor did he create borders for humans, man did. The immigrants deserve to be a part of society.
As a country of laws these people should pay a penalty for breaking the law. They should pay $2,500 a year for 5 years at tax time. This money will go to pay down the deficit.
