Those who cause death of law enforcement personal such as police officers should be subjected to capital punishment. This is because every citizen should take personal responsibility to his/her action and its results. Every individual's organization or ethnic group do not have the responsibility to responsible for individual's action. Therefore, no innocent people should be killed and without capital punishment.
