Firearms Management/Ammunition Taxation
* A Federal Firearm Management Agency (FFMA) should be established.
* Prior to the owner registration, a thorough evaluation for background/psychological history on the individual shall be conducted. The approved owner will be registered with the FFMA and receive the Owner's License.
* All firearms shall be registered with the FFMA.
* For each firearm registered, the registered owner will obtain a Title a Tax Tag issued by the FFMA.
* Every 2 years, the owner shall pay taxes to renew the Tag for each firearm owned.
* Every 5 years, the owner shall go through the evaluation again to renew the Owner's License.
* All the firearm transactions should be conducted with the Title by the FFMA.
* A high taxation shall be applied to all ammunitions.
