The City of Chicago, also known as 'Chicagoland', 'Chi-Town', and the 'Windy City', was incorporated in 1837. It currently sits as the largest city in the great State of Illinois, and the county seat of Cook. Since incorporation, the city has developed into a haven for violence, specifically gang violence. The city has also proven to be a spawning bed for corrupt politicians.
The incorporation has allowed the city to wield an enormous amount of power over the development of the state. It has also created an environment where the will of the electorate is ignored, and has been replaced with the will of the elected.
Basic human rights are now constantly jeopardized by this arrangement. Shootings occur daily while the citizens have been restricted in the avenue of self defense.
