Throw itself in Guantanamo for war crimes against other nations as well as for supplying terrorists with weapons.

I petition the Obama administration to investigate itself regarding it's acts of war against other countries through bombing campaigns. I also demand that it investigate it's arming of the terrorist group ISIS through the the giving of weapons to so called moderate Syrians.
