The second amendment of the United States Constitution protects the rights of the citizens to defend themselves against any threat to the United States, foreign or DOMESTIC. Since this law has nothing to do with hunting or sports shooting, but protects our right to defend ourselves in a military manner, any and all military style weapons currently available should be protected by the second amendment, Including magazines.
Therefore, any law attempting to restrict "military style" rifles, or "high capacity magazines" should be disregarded or vetoed as an infringement on the second amendment of the United States.
