Eliminate all taxes on income and implement a 25% sales tax on all product purchases in the United States. To be payed by all, no exceptions. (Government, Non-profits, Religious Organizations, Etc.) No deductions, no annual filing, no need for the IRS. Monies to be collected by retailers and distributed 75% to the Federal Gov't and 25% to State Gov't. (Any private sales of titled or deeded items, the seller shall file appropriate sales documents with State/Federal Titling Agencies and arrange for payment of Taxes with said agencies).
Windfall taxes and Inheritance Taxes to be collected at the time of payment by payer at a rate of 35%, 65% to the Federal Gov't and 35% to the State Gov't.
