My mother has been done wrong, almost killed multiple times due to medical malpractice. She contracted MRSA, ECOLI, due to the neglect of doctors at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio state university. She has almost been killed 4-5 times due to the incompetence of such doctors. Now that she is finally coming around, and able to think without being drugged out of her mind by the doctors, We are wanting to file a lawsuit against those responsible for mutilating, and altering her life forever, she can't because of the malpractice statute of limitations. So this petetion is for the lifting of statute of limitations on malpractice. She will not live to see 60 because of these atrocities committed. She deserves justice, every malpractice victim deserves justice! No matter how much time has passed!!!
