The continuous violations and crimes of the Illinois department of transportation are but not limited to, continuing to pass unfit drivers which wreak havoc on all neighboring states and truly robbing all travelers to,from and all passing through by forcing people pay to drive on unfit, unsafe and non-complete roads or face heavy or threat of loss of vehicle operating license.
