The police should ticket drivers that drive in the left lane even though they are not passing anyone. Drivers hogging the left lane are responsible for a large amount of traffic jams, wrecks, road rage, etc. Ticketing these drivers will not only ease traffic, cut down on wrecks, and curb instances of road rage but could also be a source of income for municipalities across America. I am sure that we can all agree that those that drive in the left lane deserve to be fined.
