Tie any future congressional pay raises to a raise of the minimum wage by the same percentage.

Congress has the power to give themselves a pay raise at any time. This is justified by stating that the cost of living has gone up and they need the additional income to account for inflation. If congress needs extra money to keep up with inflation, why doesn't the average worker in America? It seems only logical that if Congress needs a pay raise, the lowest earning among us need one too.
