How can congress represent us if they dont live like us? They work 100 days a year, we work 251+, and they make 3x more than the middle class. Let their wage be equal to or less than the average wage in the U.S., to rise and fall accordingly. If they want a raise, they must first raise the wage of the middleclass. To tie congress to the middleclass incentivizes them to work for us.
