Members of Congress should not be above the average American worker they are elected to represent therefore, Congressional pay should be strictly tied to the Federal Minimum Wage. Members of Congress cannot make any more than three times the Federal Minimum Wage and any raises must be voted on by the American people, not Congress itself.
