Create a law that ties congressional member salaries directly to their approval ratings. Include all congress members and their staff to the bill as well as the The President his and staff.
The approval rating will be gathered via a poll of registered voters twice yearly. Those salaries will begin at a minimum $0.0/year and increase incrementally to a maximum of $175,000/year or 100% approval.
